At Simba Shopping, our goal is to provide you with high-quality headphones, watches, and fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 2 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

    • Electronics (Headphones/Watches): The box, manuals, chargers, and accessories must be included.

    • Perfumes: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the bottle has been sprayed.

  • Proof: You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes that have been opened or used.

  • Sale items (Only regular-priced items may be refunded).

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged product (e.g., broken screen, one side of airbuds not working, leaking bottle), please notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please take a clear video or photo of the defect and send it to our WhatsApp or Email.

  • We will arrange a free exchange for defective units.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

  • Payment Method:

    • If you paid via Card, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

    • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will transfer the amount to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged/defective upon arrival).

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
